Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable taxes to your original form of payment for items returned within 30 days after the delivery date. All returned items must be in their original condition; shrink-wrapped products must be unopened. Shipping fees are not refunded. All sales are final for shea butter and jewelry.
The packing slip in your shipment can serve as a packing slip for a return. We will provide a pre-printed return label with our Returns Department Address upon request.
If your packing slip is unavailable, please print out the Shipping Confirmation email you received after the item(s) shipped. Include that printout in the box, and write your Order Number on the outside of the box. Returns should be sent to:

Please Note: Your packing slip is not a prepaid label. You will be required to pay for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Items that cannot be returned include: shea butter, toothpaste, Sacred Fire Products, Haley's Deodorant, Botanica Body Products (lotion, soap), and Jewelry.
You can also bring the item and your packing slip or Shipping Confirmation e-mail to Afriware Books, Co. If your packing slip or Shipping Confirmation e-mail are unavailable, the original form of payment must be presented.
Please Note: If you used PayPal to complete your order, the store will provide an online Afriware Books Gift Card or in-store credit.
Book Order Status?
· Pending - order placed and waiting to be processed
· Shipped - Tracking number available
Along the way, you may receive an email regarding title availability, re-stock dates, multiple warehouse sourcing, or additional shipping charges.
Shipping Policy?
AfriWare Books reserves the right as appropriate to adjust the shipping price due to items/weight actual weight, item content mismatch with shipping method, or, multiple warehouse sourcing after checkout. We will ship your item based on weight and urgency required and communicate with you if needed.
Therefore, some of you who generously ordered 3 or more books and paid $5.99 in shipping will receive a request for an additional $3 per book.
At any time, feel free ask for Order status by emailing your Order number in the Subject to: [email protected] or [email protected]
Can I have my address changed?
Unfortunately, once order is placed, we are only able to change it at the exact time the order is being shipped. We've placed a formal request with our website host to request this feature, but it isn’t available at this time. The USPS does offer a Mail Intercept service that allows you to change the address as along as the package is not out for delivery. Find out more about it here: https://www.usps.com/manage/package-intercept.htm Additionally, you may opt to allow your mail forwarding request to handle the shipment. The last resort is to ask us to cancel the order and to re-submit it to ensure the correct address is attached.
How Soon will I get my Tracking info?
All orders are processed within 3 business days. If more time is needed due to specific details that require switching suppliers, International shipping charges. non book items like soap or deodorant, autographed copies, you will be notified by email.
Tracking information is added to our website which automatically generates an email to you. Please email your Afriware Sales Rep for details at [email protected]
Reserve Stock
Due to high popularity and priority, some titles have required your book order to function as a reserve stocked item. Titles with this designation have a high restock rate and will likely do so within 10 days.
