ONLINE READING AND ART THERAPY SUPPLIES PROJECT
January 1-10, 2021

​For 2021, we asked for support for our online group Reading and Art Therapy Supplies Project so that we’re all safely conforming to COVID19 guidelines.  We are working with two institutions to direct donations:

• A local Community Health Care Agency serving the community
• BYTHEHAND.ORG - By The Hand Club For Kids is a 501 (c)(3) that takes a holistic approach to providing the individual support every child needs and emphasizes the achievement of measurable goals for academic, physical and spiritual development.

and a donation of $422 was made to BYTHEHAND.ORG.  

Special Thanks
We are thankful to Julie Davis, Community Health Specialist for Access Warren Family Health Center for explaining the process to donate.  She facilitated and coordinated the donation drop off and will make sure the items are distributed to over 150 families.  Ms. Davis is a community activist and advocate and has volunteered and consulted for  Afriware Books, Co for over 20 years.

Also, we are thankful to "Sargent General" Kajaria Yarbrough for providing a stellar recommendation for BYTHEHAND.org.  She has volunteered for a cadre of organizations including Afriware Books, Co for over 20 years.  Ms Yarbrough works in Customer Compliance Management with a prominent tech company and is a volunteer with a serving heart.

We are extremely appreciative for both women for being models in the community and for sharing their hearts and works with us.

3. Color in the page using your favorite markers, crayons, pencils, etc.
